Custom wigs are handmade and take approximately 10-20 business days to complete. You’ll receive an estimated completion date within a week of purchase.

Changes to custom orders must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee adjustments.

We are not responsible for improper fit due to incorrect measurements provided. Please double-check your measurements before submitting your order.
